PTAD Clears ₦5.12 Billion Pension Arrears to 90,689 DBS Pensioners

In line with its promise to clear outstanding pension liabilities, the Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) has finalized the disbursement of Five Billion, One Hundred and Nineteen Million, Three Hundred and Twenty-Eight Thousand Naira Only (₦5,119,328,000) to 90,689 pensioners across the four pension departments. 

It also reaffirmed its continued dedication and unwavering commitment to pensioners welfare.

The breakdown of the payment, according to the statement, reads

CIPPD             8,626            1 month 276,032,000.00

PPD              9,681            2 months 619,584,000.00

CSPD             12,773            1 month 408,736,000.00

PAPD             59,609            2 months 3,814,976,000.00

Total             90,689                        ₦5,119,328,000.00

This payment, it said, reaffirmed the administration’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that pensioners receive their due entitlements in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
