Pinnick Hails Super Eagles Victory, Calls For Prayers, Support Against Morocco

Former President of Nigeria Football Federation,  NFF,  Amaju Melvin Pinnick has expressed satisfaction with the performance of the Super Eagles so far in the ongoing African Cup of Nation in Morocco having thrashed Algeria 2-0 in the quarter final. 

Pinnick who commended the confidence play exhibited by the Super Eagles  said if continue in this form the eagles will be favoured to lift the Trophy. 

"if there is unity in whatever we are set out to do,  the result will be there. What you have seen the eagles played today against Algeria is as a result of determination and unity among football stakeholders,  officials,  players and administrators. 

Victory has no enemy rather celebration which we are witnessing toady in Marakachi,  Morocco."

The former CAF/FIFA Executive Member charged Nigerians to be more united and pray for the team as they confront the host Morocco on Wednesday in one of the Semi-finals billed for Rabat. 

Pinnick when asked about the prospect of  petition by NFF against DR. Congo, he said speaking on the matter will amount to preduice as the case is before FIFA.
