The Director General and Chief Executive Officer (DG/CEO), of the National Institute for Sports (NIS), H.E. Comrade Philip Shaibu, has felicitated with the former Governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, as he celebrates his 74th birthday.
He described Oshiomhole as someone who has played a father figure and a source of guidance over his life in the past years.
This was contained in a message personally signed by Comrade Shaibu.
It reads "I extend warm greetings to His Excellency, Senator Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, on the occasion of his 74th birthday.
"Your years in public life have reflected discipline, clarity of purpose, and a consistent engagement with national and state matters.
"From your early days in organized labour to your time as Governor of Edo State and now as a member of the National Assembly, you have maintained a visible presence in the shaping of public discourse.
"On a personal note, I acknowledge the role you have played as a father figure and a source of guidance over the years. That influence remains appreciated.
"As you mark this new age, I wish you good health, steady strength, and many more years of relevance and contribution to national development. Happy birthday, Your Excellency." he stated
