Capital City Football Club and Sir P Football Club have qualified for the final of the 2026 Edition of the Mohammed Sanusi FCT Coaches Preseason Tournament.
The tournament which had 16 teams participating. The tournament organized by the Nigerian Football Coaches Association, FCT Chapter was sponsored by the General Secretary of the Nigeria Football Federation, Dr Mohammed Sanusi (MON).
Revealing this after the semi final matches, the Chairman of the Organizing committee Bala Nkiyu said
"it has been a very eventful tournament, where we have 16 teams all shared in four each in a group of four, with two each qualifying for the quarter finals. Youthful Babes and Sun Sports emerged from Group A, with Capital City and Haniks coming out from Group B. Sir. P and Rock U came out from Group C. Pride FC and Zeal O emerged from Group D"
Bala Nkiyu who was a national team handler said Youthful Babes defeated Haniks by four goals to nil, Capital City dismissed SUN Sports by two goals to nil and Rock United walloped Pride FC by five goals to nil, all in the quarter finals.
In the semi finals, Sir P outscored Haniks on penalties after a one all full time scores, while Capital City defeated Pride FC by three goals to one
